Short Bios
My research focuses on nanobiology and molecular pharmaceutics, with three directions: (1) elucidating the mechanisms of oral transcellular delivery for nanomedicines, (2) engineering metabolically active nano-adjuvants targeting the mevalonate pathway, and (3) developing innovative nano-drug delivery systems based on unique Nano-Bio interactions. As an individual PI, I have directed two NSFC individual grants (2026-2029, ¥RMB0.49M; 2018-2020, ¥RMB0.20M) and a Talent Support Program grant (2022-2025, ¥RMB1.9M). I have also directed a National Key Research and Development Program grant (2023-2026, ¥RMB1.4M) and two BNSF grants (2023-2027, ¥RMB1.0M; 2021-2024, ¥RMB0.35M) as a co-PI. As a corresponding author or first author, I have published 23 research articles in prestigious journals such as Nature Communications, Cell Reports Medicine, Science Advances, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Nano-Micro Letters, Nano Today, etc., accumulating over 5332 citations and an H-index of 44. Additionally, I have filed 4 domestic patents.
